The contact forms on this site work directly through WhatsApp. When you click "Send", the message opens in your own WhatsApp app and you decide whether to send it or not. dequisna does not intercept or store that message on any server of its own.

If you contact us directly (via WhatsApp, email or another channel), the information you share is used solely to handle your inquiry or project and is not shared with third parties without your consent.

This site does not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. I do not use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or any other user behavior tracking technology.

Your browser may store minimal technical information (such as language preferences) locally on your device. This information does not leave your browser and dequisna has no access to it.

Within the domain dequisna.uno there may be test pages, prototypes and project demos. These pages are examples of dequisna's design and development work, and may not represent real brands, products or services.

Demo pages are generally identified by their experimental content or by not being linked from the site's main navigation. Their purpose is exclusively to showcase technical and design capabilities.

dequisna reserves the right to publish, modify or delete demo pages at any time without prior notice.

All visual, text and code content on this site — including logotypes, illustrations, custom typefaces, design and structure — is the property of dequisna or is licensed for use by dequisna.

It is prohibited to reproduce, distribute or modify any element of this site without the express written authorization of dequisna. This includes screenshots for commercial purposes, content scraping and reuse of designs.

Work produced for clients becomes the client's property once the agreed payment is completed, according to the terms established in each service proposal. Source files (Figma, PSD, AI, etc.) are delivered only if included in the project scope.

dequisna's services (graphic design, UX, branding, landing pages, social media, etc.) are provided under the terms agreed upon in each individual proposal or contract. By hiring a service from dequisna, the client accepts the following general conditions:
